How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Roomie Design ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are the materials used in your products sustainable?
We prioritize quality and ethics. Many of our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified, and we strive to partner with artisans who use sustainable materials like organic cotton, bamboo, and recycled wood.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
